Mr. Omprakash Shahi, Founder and Managing Director of Nidhi Broking Services Pvt Ltd, has been passionate about capital markets since his young age and strongly believes in value investment principles for investment in stock market. He enjoys analyzing balance sheets and epitomizes the principles of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffet even before it was a fashion in the industry and this passion and zeal can be seen in his execution of transaction for his clients.
Mr. Omprakash Shahi a commerce graduate started his career in the auditing and accounting industry having had rich experience of internal and statutory audit of well-known firms in steel, engineering and textile industries. His interest in the capital market was honed having worked with leading category-I merchant banking company having managed new issues, right from drafting prospectus to underwriting to listing on the stock market. His entrepreneurial journey began in the year 2000 with the establishment of Nidhi Consultants. A visionary with demonstrated capabilities, and having over two decades of experience in the capital market space. He constantly introduced various innovative yet cost effective services and solutions to enhance the service in broking industry.
Mr. Shahi’s entrepreneurial stint has been hallmarked by his foresightedness, determination & integrity with a unique blend of excellence in execution by attracting and retaining best of the talent, innovation and ability to accept change, smart marketing & clear product positioning.

Dr. Suman Kumar is a HR Professional and Director multinational industry veteran with decades of experience in Human Resources Management and Employee Relations in multinationals giants such as BASF Chemicals Ltd. and Pfizer.
Mr. S. N. Moorthy is an industry veteran with extensive leadership experience of 35 years across large, mid-sized and startup corporations thus enabling a close understanding of customer requirement.
Mr. Mahesh, practicing Chartered Accountant, founding partner at Madkholkar Bhave Chitale & Associates is engaged in Audit, Taxation and Project consultancy for various corporate and non-corporate bodies/banks and Govt. for over 25 years.
Mr. Duduskar holds an office of Sr. Advocate in Bombay High Court. He is practicing Law since the year 1989 and is known for handling Property allied matters and other types of litigations. His social and lucid personality helped him gain an edge in his career, an active member of Rotary Club and Indian Red Cross Society.
