The museum’s exposition fully presents the history of the region for a thousand years – from 997, as well as the narrative of the first narrow-gauge railway in Russia – Irinovskaya. The museum has a small art gallery of generals participating in the war of 1812. The life of the inhabitants of the region is represented by peasant sarafans made of linen, weekend costumes of citizens, gramophones. Among the collections is a collection of quartz glass products by master Alexander Burov.
